How to make an appointment                

Ring the surgery on 01495 533 533 and speak to a receptionist. The receptionist will ask you for the reason you are making an appointment. If it is appropriate that you contact another agency, the receptionist will re-direct you. If you would prefer not to tell the receptionist the reason for your call, then you are perfectly entitled to say so.

It is generally the case that you can book an appointment up to four weeks in advance.

Most appointments will be for telephone consultations unless the receptionist thinks it more appropriate that you come to the surgery for your appointment. If you wish to come to the surgery for your appointment then simply ask for a 'face-to-face' appointment.
