There are two red collection boxes for repeat prescription order forms: one on the ground floor at the foot of the stairs; and one near the desk in the waiting room on the first floor.

Patients can e-mail their repeat prescription orders to: enquiries.w93007@wales.nhs.uk or via My Health Online, details on our Online Services Page.
